This post seems apt for me at this moment. sometimes you happen to chance upon things that have been with you all along. I am referring to a CD containing Smt M S Subbalakshmi's rendering of Adi Sankara's composition and one of them is Govindastakam. The sheer poetry cannot but assure you that there is a super power. i have had the CD with me for quite a while. It was one morning when Manni and Appa were in Bangalore and I was playing the CD. the prayer , the devotion moved me. No wonder office Appa was inspired to pen the verse on Sri Adi Sankara
